Seasonal Workshops

Seasonal Workshops

The human body functions closely with nature in a cyclical or rhythmic pattern. Just as you notice the push and pull of the tide as you walk along the ocean, so can the Yin and Yang energy of the seasons be felt, as it changes within organs in alignment with each season. This energy must mature properly to support vibrant health.

– For this reason –

We host numerous workshops annually that address the seasonal circulation and its ever-changing Qi (energy) flow. We guide you with movements that will balance the body’s energy with the cyclical or transient changes of the season.

Our workshops focus on:

  • Seasonal effects of Qi on the body
  • Basic Qi Gong principles
  • Qi Gong exercises, controlled breathing, seasonal meditation
